We hope you will join us for a day of rowing and socializing on the lovely Cathance River followed by a picnic lunch at Bowdoinham's Mailly Waterfront Park. 

Registration for Bowdoinham’s social row will open in May. This year there will not be a registration fee. As in the past, we are encouraging each club to bring a boat, but participation is not limited to boat seats. We will do our best to find seats for everyone who wants to come along!

We'll meet around 9-9:30am and launch from the public landing in Bowdoinham at the Mailly Waterfront Park. For those who are willing, we will mix crews (but not coxswains) among different clubs. We plan to row downriver to Merrymeeting Bay and either raft up or perhaps even beach the boats (maybe even an intentional swim?!), and return to the landing for lunch around noon (provided by Bowdoinham Rowing).
